My Approach
I hold a Bachelor of Management Degree from Concordia University College and have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2015. My geographical areas of expertise include Edmonton, St. Albert & Morinville. I am well versed in working with first time home buyers, up-sizers, down-sizers, and investors. I have seen success as a REALTOR® because I have the personality for sales and I work hard and diligently until every deal is done and my clients are thoroughly satisfied.
I realize that buying and selling real estate is a major life event and the process can often be unsettling, stressful, and emotional. I want to alleviate these potentially negative emotions for my clients as much as possible and provide a fun, educational experience for them. I have a strong knowledge of the industry and strive to provide exceptional customer service. My promise to my clients purchasing homes is that I will be by your side, explaining each step of the journey, ensuring you feel confident in the process from start to finish!
When it comes to listing a home for sale it is imperative the property is show-ready and effectively marketed for maximum exposure. For each of my listings, I plan a comprehensive and customized social media marketing plan. It is imperative in this market to have a marketing plan in place to gain the greatest exposure. The more people who know your home is for sale, the more people you will have viewing your property, resulting in quicker and higher offers. I work very closely with each Seller to ensure we are putting our best foot forward to ensure a top-dollar sale! My promise to my selling clients is to ensure we are knowledgeable about what is happening in our selling community, that we are priced right within our market, and that we have maximum exposure through my customized social media marketing plan!

My Story
When I am not closing deals for clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Brian, our son Asher, and our dog Bandit! Brian and I enjoy adding properties to our rental portfolio, we currently hold several investment properties that have legal basement suites. We enjoy renovating homes together and adding to our portfolio each year.
Supporting my community is very important to me. I am involved with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Canada, and actively participate in the Big Sisters Mentorship program. I also support the Edmonton Public School Board Foundation which raises awareness and funds to level the playing field for children who come to the classroom at a disadvantage.
With the rest of my time, I enjoy unwinding with friends and family over delicious food (I am a total foodie!) and the perfect glass of red wine. I have a strong passion for traveling, I cannot wait to explore more of this world and all the different cultures. Brian, Asher, and I have traveled near and far. Our favorite place we have traveled to thus far is Thailand & Vietnam. I enjoy doing yoga daily and am a certified yoga instructor (YTT200). I enjoy working with people – hence why I love and thrive at real estate!
